Meet your new personal trainer, Liz.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Liz decided to bring her 15+ years of personal training expertise, positive attitude, and completely custom fitness regimes to the Hudson Valley region.
Not long after competing in the Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge SEASON 2 (Team Little Giants), Liz founded bod-RE-mod as a way to contribute to building a healthier community. bod-RE-mod is focused on providing the highest level of individual attention to help you reach your fitness goals - regardless of how big they may or may not be.
Before bod-RE-mod, she began her career as a professional sports performance coach in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. By combining her sports performance background and personal training experience - Liz positioned herself as the go-to-professional for custom fitness plans specifically tailored to individual goals to ensure the best results for her clients.
Her training philosophy and methodologies are simple yet extremely effective to ensure years of success. bod-RE-mod is focused on long-term success and living a healthier lifestyle.

As a life long Monroe, NY resident Andrew has made quite the name for himself, and we are lucky to now have him as a trainer here at bod-RE-mod.
Tolosi worked at Army West Point as a defensive back football coach for 2 years. With a 16-1 record under his belt, he took his knowledge and passion for the sport to Occidental as a safeties coach.
After a few seasons as a coach, he decided to come home and train local athletes, to their true potential. With a degree from SUNY Cortland, we could not ask for a better educated, well rounded trainer to add to our roster.

As a current bodybuilder, Jenn also knows firsthand the dedication and hard work it takes to achieve a strong and healthy body. Specializing in strength and conditioning, pre and post-natal fitness, and disease prevention, Jenn is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
With her extensive background in both nursing and fitness, Jenn offers a unique perspective on holistic well-being and approaches each client with compassion, understanding, and expertise.
