Start them out young. The earlier children learn to understand the importance of fitness, the more likely it is to stick with them throughout the entirety of their lives. We work with children as young as 5 years old.
Small Group Training is very common for youth teams, friends & families, and more. Group sessions are very motivating and focused on setting and reaching goals (4 max)
